Room reservations are made on the website, by phone +38 093 24 0000 7 or at the hotel reception. A room (place) in the Hotel is provided to Guests upon presentation of their passports or other identification document.
To confirm the reservation, a prepayment is required within 24 hours. The prepayment percentage is specified in the booking rules. Upon check-in, payment is made for the entire reservation period.
Payment for accommodation and services provided by the Hotel is made in cash, by bank transfer or by Visa and Mastercard credit cards, according to the Hotel’s current price list for accommodation.
