Terms
1.1. The Privacy Policy applies to all data that Zhayvoronok Health Complex may receive about the User while using the Site, services, programs of products and services of Zhayvoronok Health Complex (hereinafter – Services) and regulates the relations of Zhayvoronok Health Complex and User during the entire period of providing services and access of the User to personalized Services of the Site.
1.2. Terms and definitions.
In this Privacy Agreement, the terms are used in the following sense:
User – is a person who visited a resource (site) or performed some action on it.

Goods – material object, products, services, information about which is posted on the Site.
Site Services – all services available to Users for use on the Site.
Personal data – information or a set of information about the User who is identified or can be specifically identified.
Personal space – a personalized interface of the Site with a set of user tools for using personalized Services of the Site.
The purpose of collecting and processing personal information of Users:
2.1. Zhayvoronok Health Complex collects, registers, accumulates, stores, adapts, changes, renews, uses and distributes, depersonalizes, destroys the User’s personal data, including using information (automated) systems required to provide Services on the Site.
2.2. Personal data of the User health complex “Zhayvoronok” uses for the following purposes:
2.2.1. providing the User with effective customer support;
2.2.2. providing the User with a personalized Service;

2.2.4. improving the quality of Services, ease of use, development of new Services and services;
2.2.5. providing information about goods, services sold by the health complex “Zhayvoronok”, about promotions conducted by the hotel and health complex “Zhayvoronok”, answers to inquiries, as well as fulfillment of the health complex “Zhayvoronok” its obligations to consumers of goods (services) );
2.2.6. conducting statistical and other research on the basis of depersonalized data;

2.3. Health complex “Zhayvoronok”, due to the specifics of the method of obtaining information, does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User and does not control their relevance.
At the same time, the health complex “Zhayvoronok” proceeds from the fact that the User provides reliable personal data on the issues specified in the registration form, and keeps this data up to date. All responsibility, as well as possible consequences for the provision of inaccurate or irrelevant personal data is borne by the User.
Terms of processing personal data of the User and their transfer to third parties:
3.1. Health Complex “Zhayvoronok” stores and processes personal data of the User in accordance with applicable regulations, as well as internal regulations (regulations) created on their basis (name, surname, patronymic, e-mail address, gender, date of birth, postal address, home, work, mobile phones).
3.2. With respect to personal data of the User, their confidentiality is maintained, except in cases of voluntary provision by the User of personal data for public access to an unlimited number of persons.
3.3. Zhayvoronok Health Complex protects the User’s personal data in accordance with the requirements for the protection of such data and is responsible for the use of secure methods of their protection.
3.4. To protect the personal data of the User, ensure their proper use and prevent unauthorized and / or accidental access to them, the health complex “Zhayvoronok” applies the necessary and sufficient technical and administrative measures. The personal data provided by the User are stored on the servers with limited access located in the protected premises.
3.5. The use and retrieval of personal data is carried out by the health complex “Zhayvoronok” in order to make an electronic transaction. Zhayvoronok Health Complex has the right to transfer personal data of the User to third parties (including persons who record, systematize, collect, clarify, store, delete personal data, and who directly send to the User special offers, information about new products and advertising promotions, processing of inquiries and appeals, as well as the destruction of personal data (Managers)) in the following cases:
3.5.1. The User has agreed to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, which is confirmed by the User when filling out forms with personal data on the Site and clicking “Submit”.
3.5.2. the transfer of personal data is necessary for the User to use a particular Service of the Site;
3.5.3. the transfer of personal data is provided by the legislation of Ukraine within the procedure established by law.
3.6. When processing the User’s personal data, the Zhayvoronok Health Complex is guided by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
Procedure for changing the User’s personal data:
4.1. The user can at any time change (update, supplement) the personal data provided by him or part of them, as well as the parameters of their confidentiality, using the function of editing personal data in the personal section of personal space.
4.2. The user has the right at any time to request the deletion of personal data provided by contacting the health complex “Zhayvoronok” at the e-mail address pascirta@gmail.com or by phone listed on the website zhayvoronok.net.
4.3. The user has the right to refuse to receive newsletters at any time by clicking on the appropriate link at the end of the letter.
Consent to the Privacy Policy:
5.1. The User has the right to disagree with the Privacy Policy in the event that any of its conditions are unacceptable to the User.
5.2. The User confirms that his consent to the Privacy Policy (by clicking the “send” button after reading the Privacy Policy when filling out forms on the Site with personal data) means the full consent of the User with all its terms without exception. In particular, the User, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, agrees to the health complex “Zhayvoronok” to receive information about special offers, new products and promotions on telecommunications and postal services (including, but not limited to: SMS-mailings, e-mail-mailings, etc.) and for the processing of personal data by collecting, registering, accumulating, storing, adapting, changing, updating, using and distributing, depersonalizing, destroying personal data, including to transfer (access to) personal data to any third parties without obtaining additional consent and without prior notice of such transfer (access) for the purpose specified in this Privacy Policy, carried out using automation, including information and telecommunications networks , or without the use of such means for the purpose of processing requests and appeals of the User, providing information about goods and services sold by the health complex “Zhayvoronok”.
5.3. This agreement of the User with the Privacy Policy, including the procedure for processing personal data, is valid for 50 years, if it has not been revoked in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” of June 1, 2010 № 2297-VI. Upon expiration of this agreement, the User’s personal data is destroyed.
5.4. The processing of personal data of the User without his consent is not allowed, except in cases specified by law, and only in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights.
Change of Privacy Policy:
6.1. Zhayvoronok Health Complex has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy. The current version of the Privacy Policy is always on this page of the Site.
